At SOLVEY, we want your order to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible. Please read our shipping policy below for all the details.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method & Cost

We offer free express shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required. There are no shipping charges at checkout.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping and Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 Business Days after we processed it. If your product is low on stock, it can be delayed by an extra 2 to 3 Business Days. We use 4PX and Yun to ship orders. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
